Original press release:

The Trident Americana 125 is the second project stemming from the collaboration of Trident Shipworks and the Baglietto shipyard of Italy. In developing the Americana series, Trident utilized its in-house design abilities to redefine the Italian concept while retaining the heritage and character of the initial Baglietto proposal. The decklines were refined for the capabilities of composite construction and the interior was redesigned for a more open arrangement.

Along with the sleek refined profile, a key feature that attracted the owner was the conceptual helm console proposal from Trident. The final design of the helm console is being developed through collaboration with the yachts captain, the electronics specialist, and Tridents designer. As all of the parameters are assimilated, the design will be developed through ergonomic principles so that the final design is appropriate to the function of the yacht and the user. The same process is utilized in the development of other key function areas such as the engineroom and boatdeck.

The yachts trideck layout provides an open skylounge / pilothouse arrangement with panoramic views and a flybridge which accommodates a hot tub / sunpad arrangement. The main deck has a full walk around with an aft deck lounge area and control station. The swim platform extends over the jet drives and has a jet ski locker on either side. The main deck interior features a country kitchen forward separated by a day head and owners stateroom entry from the formal dining and main salon. The salon and skylounge have full service bars.

The Americana 125 has guest accommodations for eight with full beam master and VIP staterooms. The master stateroom has a private entry stair from the main deck and his and her heads. The two additional guest staterooms have twin berths and ensuite heads. Each stateroom features a full entertainment center.

The yacht will be run by the captain and his wife and one to three crew depending on the duration of the cruise. Crew accommodations are forward with the captains cabin adjacent to the crew lounge / galley.
